The Interior Logging Cost Report (ILCR) was developed for the Ministry of Forests and Range, Province of BC. It is developed according to Ministry application development standards and operates within the Ministry's production environment. View homepage.
The ILCR is an annual data submission by licensees which is used to determine the cost of logging operations in the interior of British Columbia. The web interface collects actual costs from a representative sample of interior operations. Various phases of logging are collected to reflect a range of conditions and operating practices and are used to calculate formulae, tables and revenue indicators. Data collection is supported by auditing and data analysis interfaces.
