Curtis is an IT professional with over 21 years’ experience. He has been designing/maintaining/upgrading web applications since 2003. He has served as the lead developer on teams that have created large scale secure web applications.

Damon is a Full Stack Web Application Developer. He leverages his expertise to craft websites, and business applications to drive outcomes and satisfy stakeholders.

As a Full Stack developer at Bayleaf, Dave brings 4 years of systems and application development experience across a variety of technologies and platforms including: C#, .NET, PHP, and Java.

Dave graduated from the BCIT Technology Technical Web Development and Design Program, is a Certified Sitecore Developer and has also taken various software development courses to continue to strengthen his development skills. He is also an excellent team player and an expert in the art of Caesars.

Davor brings over 17 years of enterprise systems design and administration experience to Bayleaf. He is responsible for the day-to-day management of Bayleaf’s office and AZURE production hosting data centre environments as well as Microsoft 365 Business Solutions, in addition to supporting the design and provisioning of infrastructure for client projects.

Ivan Jang has been with Bayleaf for over 20 years. He is a graduate of the Computer System Technology program at BCIT and holds an undergraduate Computer Science degree from the University of British Columbia

As a Senior Application Developer at Bayleaf Jason brings over 15 years of software engineering experience to the company. He has worked with numerous web technologies including .Net, Java, PHP, and Coldfusion and has worked with various large scale multi-tiered enterprise level business applications. He participates actively in all aspects of the software development life-cycle including supporting initial requirements planning, design specifications, architecture, coding, quality assurance and documentation.

Having spent over 17 years in Project and Program Management, Jennifer has significant experience managing Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid projects, in both the public and private sectors. She has handled initiatives for companies ranging from start-ups to Enterprise-level corporations, as well as for Higher Education institutions like UBC and University of Victoria.

In addition to having Certification in Project Management from UBC, and as a Scrum Master with the Scrum Alliance, she holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Military History which, while not generally useful in her day-to-day life, may come in handy if Zombies show up at some point.

Jermaine leads Bayleaf’s UX & Design team and brings over 16 years in design and technology to our team. Her unique background in UX & Design provides her with exceptional insight and business knowledge that allows her to develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure our solutions exceed expectations.

As CMS Practice Leader at Bayleaf, Josh brings more than 15 years of business and project management experience with expert knowledge of complex CMS implementations leveraging platforms such as Sitecore, Microsoft SharePoint, Salesforce.com. He returned from London, England where he worked for 2 leading implementation partners of Microsoft, Sitecore and Salesforce.com. He also has led the development of many key CMS projects at Bayleaf, in addition to overseeing our content management practice.

Jun brings over 12 years of experience in web application and desktop development using various tools and technologies. Since joining Bayleaf, Jun has worked exclusively on large .NET projects for web and desktop.

Jun holds a Certificate in Software Systems Development from British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) and is a Certified Sitecore Developer.

Karen brings over 9 years of experience in web application development using a variety of tools and technologies with .NET being her language of choice. Since joining Bayleaf, Karen has worked exclusively on large .NET development projects for enterprise clients.

Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from the University of British Columbia and is a Certified Sitecore Developer.

Keith is a seasoned analyst with a background working with “big five” consulting firms as well as international experience in several countries. He brings a strong combination of technical, business analysis, project management, and business expertise to bear in delivering value to customers and stakeholders.

As Director of Application Development Kenneth Berry provides guidance and oversight to Bayleaf’s team. He is responsible for overseeing Bayleaf’s delivery and resource management functions to ensure team members are performing at the highest levels and client projects exceed customer expectations. His extensive expertise in project management, analysis, user experience, design, programming, QA and infrastructure ensures our project delivery procedures reduce risk and guarantee successful delivery of every project we take on. Outside of work, he is an avid traveler and enjoys spending time outdoors.

Peter is an application developer at Bayleaf, bringing with him 4 years of experience in developing applications across the full stack, from backend and middleware services up to user-facing websites. His skills include but are not limited to C#, .Net, Java, Spring Boot, Python, and Kafka. Peter graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science and is a certified Professional Scrum Master.

Previously, Peter served as a crew member aboard VH-46, VH-3D, and MV-22 aircraft in the US Marine Corps. His passions for learning, teaching, and inspiring others are reflected in the work he brings to Bayleaf and its customers. In his personal life, Peter enjoys weight lifting, wood working, krav maga, and going on hikes with his family.
