CMS implementation and Integration
Bayleaf was selected to integrate the Sitecore Experience with BCAA’s complex backend CRM and Insurance and Member Management Systems. This allowed BCAA to create personalized experiences and add value to their experience. Through the new CMS and integration, they could give their members real time quotes based on their qualifications when purchasing a membership, home, auto and travel medical insurance and vacations online. The project involved multiple stakeholder groups within a large and diverse environment as well as a tight collaboration with BCAA’s internal team to optimize the integration points.
Project Management
Throughout the process Bayleaf worked with both BCAA and a digital agency to unify strategy, creative direction and copyrighting. The project was highly complex in nature, and had a very aggressive timeline of only 3.5 months. Despite the large scope of work and compressed timeline, we were able to complete the project on time and on budget.
